Fees once
paid are not refundable or transferable for any reason under
any Circumstances.

If the
behavior of the student is found detrimental to the smooth
functioning of the academy and the hostel, he will be
dismissed / removed from the Academy and the Debarred
students will not be Re-Admitted.

Students
are expected to maintain strict discipline in the Academy /
Hostel Campus / Outside during training period. Use of
alcohol, tobacco and other illegal drugs are strictly
prohibited. If any student found violation, will be
dismissed from the Academy.

Academy is
not responsible for any kind of Accident / Death / Physical
Injuries when they are doing practical in the Academy or any
other place of Training outside the Academy such as swimming
pool, Boating etc., Also Academy, Instructors, Management
is not responsible for any compensation for any incident /
Refund of the course fee.

The Cost of
an damage to the property of Academy should be paid by the
individual trainee of batch of trainees.

In case of
any dispute, the Director's / Management's discretion and
decision will be final and the students are expected to
abide by rules and regulations strictly.

If any
person is found guilty of producing false certificates, he
shall be debarred from the course at any stage and shall be
punished as per the law. The course fee whatever paid either
full or part can not be refunded.

After the
admission, the original certificates will be retained by the
Academy and it will be returned only after the completion of
the course.

The Academy
is approved for specified numbers of seats for each course.
The entire infrastructure and facility of the Academy are
utilized by the said sets. Thus each seat involves
considerable proportional cost. Once the course has
commenced, new candidates cannot join the course in midway.
Thus each candidates is expected to complete his course in
one attempt.

That no
fees, partial or full, will be refunded if any candidates is
required to leave the Academy during the training period for
any reason or either he or his parents wish to withdraw the
course or if any candidate found unfit to continue,
including medical grounds, or whatsoever reason, prior to
the completion of the training. After the course
commencement date, candidates are liable to pay the full fee
without any balance whether he completes or discontinues the
course.

If any
candidate, reserves his seat for admission by paying
Reservation Fee, and not joining the course, the fee
whatever paid will not be refundable. If any candidates.
cancels his reserved seat even before the commencement of
the course, whatever fee paid, will not be refunded.

During the
course, Leave can be granted maximum 2 days due to reasons
accepted by the management. If any student takes leave more
than the allowed days, he will be considered as his own.

IPSR
Maritime will
take necessary care about any emergencies. Academy is not
responsible for any personal injury or any diseases suffered
by any trainees during their training and stay. Any other
medical expenses, Doctor consultations should be borne by
the candidate's own cost.
